These terms apply to the websites of Exit Node Studio LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we", "us"), including exitnode.studio and our product sites such as runnerdesk.app, and to purchases of our software and games. By using our sites or buying our products, you agree to these terms.

1. Purchases and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes payment, collects and remits sales tax and VAT, and handles billing questions and returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars unless the checkout shows otherwise.

2. Licenses, not sales

Our software and games are licensed, not sold. Each product's license agreement (for example the RunnerDesk EULA) sets out what you may do with it. If these terms and a product's license agreement conflict, the license agreement controls for that product.

3. Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

4. Using our sites

Do not misuse our sites: no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to them, and no scraping that harms their operation. We may change or discontinue site content at any time.

5. Intellectual property

Our sites, software, games, names, and logos belong to Exit Node Studio LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these terms gives you rights to them beyond what a product license agreement grants.

6. Disclaimers

Our sites are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in a product's license agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you; nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases you already made.
