Refund Policy

If you are not happy with a purchase from Exit Node Studio LLC, you can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

• Reply to your order receipt from Paddle, or email hello@exitnode.studio with your order number or the email address you used.
• Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, processes the refund to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

After a refund

The license for the refunded purchase ends, and you must stop using the product.

After 30 days

Contact us anyway. We look at every request, and we will help if something we sold you does not work.

Games sold on stores

Purchases made on stores such as Steam, itch.io, or app stores follow that store's refund policy.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
