RunnerDesk License Agreement
This agreement is between you and Exit Node Studio LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we", "us"), and covers RunnerDesk for macOS, its command-line tool, and updates we provide (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to it.
1. Your license
When you buy a RunnerDesk license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license that never expires to install and use the Software on Macs you own or control, for personal or commercial work. A license is for one person. Your license includes the updates we release during the beta period. When RunnerDesk reaches general availability, we will say clearly which later updates are included. We will never take away a version you have paid for.
2. What you may not do
- Share, sell, rent, or redistribute the Software or your license key.
- Bypass or disable license checks.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where the law allows it despite this limit.
3. Your code and content
Scripts, documents, and output you create with RunnerDesk are yours. RunnerDesk runs the code you give it with your macOS user's permissions, so you are responsible for the code you run and its effects on your system and data.
4. Third-party components
The Software includes open-source components under their own licenses. Their notices are included in the app. Those licenses govern those components.
5. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Exit Node Studio LLC and its licensors keep all rights not expressly granted to you.
6. Refunds and ending the license
You can get a refund within 30 days under our Refund Policy; the license then ends. Your license also ends if you break this agreement. When it ends, stop using and delete the Software.
7. No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
